Ingredients
  

Pasta Salad
  • 12 oz short pasta rotini or shells
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup green peas thawed
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.75 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and cool.
  2. Cook bacon until crisp, drain, and chop.
  3. Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and seasonings in a bowl.
  4. Combine pasta with dressing, then fold in bacon, peas, and cheese.
  5. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Best served chilled. Stir before serving and adjust seasoning if needed.
