Ingredients
  

Pear Base
  • 2 ripe pears peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3-4 tbsp honey or sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 cup cold water
Creamy Finish
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream or coconut milk
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 1-2 cups ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Blend pears, lemon juice, sweetener, and water until smooth.
  2. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if a smoother texture is desired.
  3. Add cream or coconut milk and vanilla, then blend briefly to combine.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon level as needed.
  5. Serve over ice in chilled glasses and garnish as desired.

Notes

Use ripe pears for natural sweetness. Coconut milk works well for a dairy-free version.
