Ingredients
  

Smoothie Base
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup coconut milk full-fat preferred
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup to taste
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 1 cup ice adjust for thickness

Method
 

  1. Add frozen pineapple to the blender.
  2. Pour in coconut milk and add Greek yogurt.
  3. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup as desired.
  4. Add vanilla and ice, then blend until completely smooth.
  5. Taste and adjust consistency by adding more pineapple, ice, or coconut milk.
  6. Serve immediately in tall glasses with garnish if desired.

Notes

Use frozen pineapple for the best thick and creamy texture.
