Ingredients
  

Latte Base
  • 1 cup milk any type
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream optional
  • 1-2 tsp beetroot powder or 2 tbsp strawberry purée
  • 1 tsp honey or any sweetener
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp warm water to dissolve beetroot powder
Toppings
  • whipped cream optional
  • freeze-dried strawberries optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Mix the beetroot powder with warm water or prepare strawberry purée.
  2. Heat the milk gently until warm and steamy.
  3. Add vanilla, sweetener, and pink base to a mug.
  4. Pour in the warm milk and stir.
  5. Froth the latte until creamy and smooth.
  6. Adjust sweetness and color as needed.
  7. Garnish with whipped cream or strawberry crumbs and serve immediately.

Notes

For a deeper pink color, add more beetroot powder or strawberry purée. For iced latte, pour over ice and use cold milk.
