- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Brown sausage in olive oil until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté onion in butter until soft, then add garlic.
- Add broth and cream, simmer briefly, then stir in spinach.
- Add gnocchi and sausage, mix well.
- Transfer to baking dish, top with cheese, and bake 25–30 minutes.
