Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until just pink. Remove and set aside.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer, then stir in half the cheddar cheese until melted.
- Add cooked pasta and shrimp to the sauce. Stir to combine, then transfer to baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake for 15 minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish with parsley before serving. 🦐🍲
Notes
For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream. Add spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies.
