Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard optional
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp butter for finishing

Method
 

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat oil and butter in skillet and sear chicken 6–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add garlic to skillet and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Deglaze pan with chicken broth, scraping up brown bits.
  5. Add cream, parmesan, mustard, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Stir in spinach until wilted, then return chicken to pan.
  7. Simmer 3–5 minutes, spoon sauce over chicken, and finish with butter.

Notes

Serve with rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes. Garnish with parmesan and black pepper for a restaurant-style finish.
