Method
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat oil and butter in skillet and sear chicken 6–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic to skillet and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Deglaze pan with chicken broth, scraping up brown bits.
- Add cream, parmesan, mustard, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Stir in spinach until wilted, then return chicken to pan.
- Simmer 3–5 minutes, spoon sauce over chicken, and finish with butter.
Notes
Serve with rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes. Garnish with parmesan and black pepper for a restaurant-style finish.
