Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz pasta
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 4 cups spinach
Topping
  • 1 cup mozzarella shredded
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan grated

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  3. Melt butter, sauté garlic, then whisk in flour to create a roux.
  4. Slowly whisk in milk and cream until thickened.
  5. Add cheeses and spinach, stirring until creamy.
  6. Combine pasta with sauce and transfer to baking dish.
  7. Top with remaining cheese and bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Add cooked chicken or mushrooms for variation. Use freshly grated cheese for best results.
