Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans tuna drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 apple diced
  • 1/4 cup celery chopped
  • 2 tbsp red onion diced
  • 1/2 cup jalapeño chips crushed
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs chopped

Method
 

  1. Drain tuna and flake into a bowl.
  2. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice.
  3. Add apple, celery, and onion.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Stir in herbs and jalapeño chips.
  6. Chill briefly and serve.

Notes

Add chips just before serving for best crunch.
