Method
- Season salmon with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear salmon for 4–5 minutes until golden, flip and cook another 2–3 minutes.
- Remove salmon from the skillet and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté garlic.
- Add chicken broth and heavy cream and stir well.
- Mix in parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, and Italian seasoning.
- Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
- Add spinach and allow it to wilt.
- Return salmon to the skillet and spoon sauce over the fillets.
- Finish with lemon juice and garnish with parsley before serving.

Serve over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread to enjoy the creamy sauce.
