Ingredients
  

Lasagna
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups milk warm
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare white sauce by melting butter, whisking in flour, then milk and cream until thick.
  4. Layer sauce, noodles, chicken, cheeses, and repeat.
  5. Bake covered 30 minutes, uncover and bake 15 more minutes.

Notes

Let lasagna rest before slicing for clean layers.
