- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cook breakfast sausage in a skillet until browned; drain excess grease.
- Unroll crescent dough and press evenly into the baking dish, sealing seams.
- Spread cooked sausage over dough and top with shredded cheese.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together, then pour over the casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until eggs are set and top is golden brown.
- Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
For a veggie version, add diced peppers or spinach before baking.
