Ingredients
  

Cracker Dough
  • 1.5 cups almond flour fine blanched
  • 1 egg large
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder or preferred seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Mix almond flour, salt, and seasoning. Add egg and olive oil and stir until dough forms.
  3. Roll dough between two sheets of parchment to 1/8 inch thickness.
  4. Cut dough into squares using a knife or pizza cutter.
  5. Bake 12–16 minutes or until golden at the edges.
  6. Cool fully before storing to keep crackers crisp.

Notes

For extra crispiness, leave crackers in the turned-off oven for 5 minutes after baking.
