Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix almond flour, salt, and seasoning. Add egg and olive oil and stir until dough forms.
- Roll dough between two sheets of parchment to 1/8 inch thickness.
- Cut dough into squares using a knife or pizza cutter.
- Bake 12–16 minutes or until golden at the edges.
- Cool fully before storing to keep crackers crisp.
Notes
For extra crispiness, leave crackers in the turned-off oven for 5 minutes after baking.
