Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix almond flour and salt in a bowl.
- Add egg, olive oil, and water; mix until a soft dough forms.
- Roll dough thin between parchment sheets.
- Score into cracker shapes and transfer to baking sheet.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Cool completely before breaking and serving.

Roll dough very thin for best crunch.
