Ingredients
  

Cracker Dough
  • 2 cups almond flour finely ground
  • 1 egg large
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix almond flour and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add egg, olive oil, and water; mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Roll dough thin between parchment sheets.
  5. Score into cracker shapes and transfer to baking sheet.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp.
  7. Cool completely before breaking and serving.
