  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese optional
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze optional

Method
 

  1. Wash, dry, and halve Brussels sprouts.
  2. Toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  4. Arrange sprouts in a single layer in basket.
  5. Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  6. Top with parmesan and balsamic glaze before serving.
