- Pat chicken breasts dry and slice into cutlets.
- Prepare dredging station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumb mixture.
- Dredge chicken in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spray basket lightly with oil.
- Arrange chicken in a single layer, spray tops lightly, and air fry 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Rest before slicing and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs. Adjust spices to taste.
