Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts about 1 lb total
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • cooking spray or olive oil spray

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry and slice into cutlets.
  2. Prepare dredging station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spray basket lightly with oil.
  5. Arrange chicken in a single layer, spray tops lightly, and air fry 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Rest before slicing and garnish with parsley.

Notes

For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs. Adjust spices to taste.
