Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken wings split
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder aluminum-free

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken wings dry and place in a large bowl.
  2. Toss wings with olive oil until evenly coated.
  3. Mix all dry rub ingredients in a small bowl.
  4. Coat wings thoroughly with dry rub.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  6. Arrange wings in a single layer and cook 12 minutes.
  7. Flip wings, increase heat to 400°F (204°C), cook 8–10 minutes until crispy.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for best results.
