- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Toss gnocchi with olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated.
- Arrange gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Continue cooking 4–6 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Toss hot gnocchi with Parmesan and herbs before serving.
Notes
Do not boil the gnocchi before air frying for best crispiness.
