Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shelf-stable potato gnocchi
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  2. Toss gnocchi with olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  5. Continue cooking 4–6 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Toss hot gnocchi with Parmesan and herbs before serving.

Notes

Do not boil the gnocchi before air frying for best crispiness.
