Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 4 medium russet potatoes washed and thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary optional
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Slice potatoes evenly, soak in cold water for 15–20 minutes, drain and pat dry.
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and optional herbs.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  4. Place potato slices in a single layer in the basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  5. Air fry for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
  6. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
