- Preheat oven to 400°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper. Skewer hot dogs and wrap each with cheese.
- Mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk in milk and eggs until smooth.
- Dip each cheese-stuffed hot dog into batter to coat fully.
- Place on baking sheet and bake 18–22 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Cool slightly and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
