Method
- Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk milk, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl. Combine with dry ingredients and fold in apples.
- Heat oil to 350°F. Drop 1/4 cup batter into oil, flatten slightly, and fry 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
- Drain on paper towel-lined rack.
- Mix glaze ingredients until smooth. Drizzle or dip warm fritters in glaze.
