Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 2 cups chicken breast cooked and sliced
  • 3 cups green cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup purple cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 0.5 cup red bell pepper sliced
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 0.5 cup crispy wonton strips
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds toasted
Dressing
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 1 garlic clove minced

Method
 

  1. Coat chicken strips with cornstarch and seasoning.
  2. Fry chicken until crispy and golden, then set aside.
  3. Combine shredded vegetables in a large bowl.
  4. Whisk dressing ingredients until smooth.
  5. Add chicken and dressing to salad and toss.
  6. Top with wonton strips and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For best texture, add crunchy toppings just before serving.
