Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Press tofu to remove moisture and cut into tender-sized strips.
- Set up three bowls: flour with spices, milk mixed with cornstarch, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat tofu strips in flour, then milk mixture, then breadcrumbs.
- Place on baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Whisk all honey mustard sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Brush baked tofu with sauce and bake 5–7 more minutes until caramelized.
- Serve hot with extra dipping sauce.
Notes
Best served fresh for maximum crispiness. Reheat in oven or air fryer.
