Cheese Base
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix all cheeses and seasonings in a bowl.
  3. Scoop small portions onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Cool on baking sheet, then transfer to rack.

Notes

Use freshly shredded cheese for best results. Customize flavors with herbs or spices.
