- Slice chicken breasts into thinner cutlets for even cooking.
- Set up breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Coat chicken in flour, dip into eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in skillet and fry chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Whisk dressing ingredients together until smooth.
- Toss chopped romaine with dressing in a large bowl.
- Slice cooked chicken into strips.
- Top salad with chicken, parmesan, and croutons. Serve immediately.

For a lighter version, bake or air-fry the chicken instead of frying.
