Method
- Slice chicken breasts horizontally to make two thin fillets and pat dry.
- Set up breading station: flour, egg, and panko mixture with Parmesan and spices.
- Coat each chicken fillet: flour, egg, then panko mixture.
- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat and fry chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Toast ciabatta buns lightly.
- Assemble sandwich: bottom bun, Caesar dressing, chicken, romaine, Parmesan, top bun.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
Chicken can be baked instead of fried for a lighter version.
