Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 large chicken breasts halved horizontally
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Breading
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1.5 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Caesar Dressing
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Assembly
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 0.25 cup shaved parmesan

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare breading stations with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Coat chicken in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry in 350°F oil until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Mix dressing ingredients until smooth.
  6. Toast buns lightly.
  7. Assemble sandwiches with dressing, chicken, lettuce, and parmesan.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a lighter version, air fry or bake the chicken instead of frying.
