Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drain excess liquid from cottage cheese and pat dry.
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Scoop small mounds onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Optionally brush tops with olive oil for extra crispiness.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Cool on a wire rack for 5–10 minutes. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
