Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese well-drained
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme or oregano
  • to taste salt and black pepper
  • 1–2 tsp olive oil optional, for brushing
  • optional chili flakes or smoked paprika for extra flavor

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Drain excess liquid from cottage cheese and pat dry.
  3. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Scoop small mounds onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  5. Optionally brush tops with olive oil for extra crispiness.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp.
  7. Cool on a wire rack for 5–10 minutes. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
