Chicken
  • 1.5 lbs chicken tenders
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs large
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1.5 cups buttery crackers crushed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup bacon crumbles cooked crispy
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or place a wire rack over the tray.
  2. Pat chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
  3. Place flour in one bowl. Whisk eggs and milk in another bowl.
  4. Combine crushed crackers, cheddar cheese, bacon, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, pepper, and parsley in a third bowl.
  5. Coat each chicken tender in flour, then egg mixture, then cracker mixture.
  6. Arrange coated tenders on prepared baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking oil.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and fully cooked.
  8. Serve hot with ranch or favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, bake on a wire rack and avoid overcrowding the pan. Air fryer instructions: cook at 400°F for 10–12 minutes.
