- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or place a wire rack over the tray.
- Pat chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
- Place flour in one bowl. Whisk eggs and milk in another bowl.
- Combine crushed crackers, cheddar cheese, bacon, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, pepper, and parsley in a third bowl.
- Coat each chicken tender in flour, then egg mixture, then cracker mixture.
- Arrange coated tenders on prepared baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking oil.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Serve hot with ranch or favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crispiness, bake on a wire rack and avoid overcrowding the pan. Air fryer instructions: cook at 400°F for 10–12 minutes.
