Method
- Whisk together pancake mix, milk, egg, sugar, and vanilla to make a smooth batter.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Dip marshmallows in batter using a fork or skewer.
- Fry marshmallows 20–30 seconds until golden and puffed.
- Drain on paper towels and let cool briefly.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve with chocolate or caramel sauce.
Notes
