Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place baking sheet or pizza stone inside to preheat.
- Mix flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Add olive oil and water; stir until dough forms.
- Knead dough on floured surface for 2–3 minutes until smooth. Roll out thinly.
- Brush dough with olive oil and bake 5–7 minutes until slightly crisp.
- Top with brie slices, cranberry sauce, honey, and thyme. Return to oven for 7–10 minutes until golden and melted.
- Cool slightly, slice, garnish with thyme, and serve warm.
Notes
Best served fresh. Can substitute store-bought naan or pita for quick version.
