Potato Wedges
  • 4 russet potatoes cut into wedges
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges and soak in cold water for 20–30 minutes.
  3. Drain and dry potatoes thoroughly.
  4. Mix olive oil, garlic, and seasonings in a bowl.
  5. Toss potatoes with seasoning and parmesan cheese.
  6. Arrange wedges in a single layer on baking sheet.
  7. Bake 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Soaking and drying potatoes ensures maximum crispiness. Adjust seasoning to taste.
