Ingredients
  

Potato Nests
  • 4 cups shredded hash browns thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
Egg Filling
  • 6 eggs large

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Mix hash browns with oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Press potato mixture into muffin cups to form nests.
  4. Bake nests for 20–25 minutes until golden and crisp.
  5. Sprinkle cheese into each nest and crack one egg inside.
  6. Bake an additional 12–15 minutes until eggs are set.
  7. Cool slightly, garnish, and serve warm.

Notes

Adjust egg baking time depending on preferred yolk doneness.
