- Insert skewers into hot dogs and mozzarella sticks. Freeze for 20 minutes.
- Mix flour, cornstarch, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
- Add egg and warm milk. Stir until thick batter forms. Let rest 30-45 minutes.
- Place panko breadcrumbs and crushed ramen noodles into shallow bowls.
- Dip skewers into batter and coat evenly.
- Roll coated skewers in ramen noodles and breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry corn dogs until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on wire rack and drizzle with desired sauces before serving.
Notes
Freeze cheese beforehand to prevent leaking during frying. Best served hot and fresh.
