Ingredients
  

Stuffing Balls
  • 4 cups leftover stuffing
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp dried thyme
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp milk
Cranberry Glaze
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine stuffing, eggs, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, pepper, thyme, and milk in a large bowl.
  3. Mix until the stuffing mixture holds together well.
  4. Roll mixture into evenly sized balls and coat lightly with flour.
  5. Arrange stuffing balls on baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking oil.
  6. Bake for 22–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  7. Meanwhile, heat cranberry sauce, maple syrup, orange juice, Dijon mustard, and cinnamon in a saucepan.
  8. Simmer until smooth and glossy, then drizzle over baked stuffing balls before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs or air fry the stuffing balls. Great for holiday leftovers and party appetizers.
