Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 2 lbs potatoes cut into wedges
  • 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt optional
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Wash, scrub, and cut potatoes into evenly sized wedges.
  3. Pat potatoes dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  4. Place potatoes in a mixing bowl and toss with olive oil.
  5. Add onion soup mix, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt if needed.
  6. Toss until potatoes are evenly coated with seasoning.
  7. Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  9. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak cut potatoes in cold water for 20 minutes, then dry thoroughly before seasoning.
