Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz short pasta rigatoni, penne, or farfalle
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and let steam-dry.
  3. Toss pasta with olive oil, parmesan, and seasonings until evenly coated.
  4. Spread pasta in a single layer on baking sheet.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Notes

Allow pasta chips to cool slightly for maximum crunch.
