- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and let steam-dry.
- Toss pasta with olive oil, parmesan, and seasonings until evenly coated.
- Spread pasta in a single layer on baking sheet.
- Bake 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Notes
Allow pasta chips to cool slightly for maximum crunch.
