Ingredients
  

Roasted Brussels Sprouts
  • 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice optional
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Trim the ends of Brussels sprouts and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Place Brussels sprouts in a bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Spread sprouts in a single layer on the baking sheet cut-side down.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the sprouts.
  6. Roast for 20–25 minutes until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  7. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with chopped parsley.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy the crispy Parmesan crust.

Notes

For extra crispiness, place sprouts cut-side down and avoid overcrowding the pan.
