- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Trim the ends of Brussels sprouts and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Place Brussels sprouts in a bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Spread sprouts in a single layer on the baking sheet cut-side down.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the sprouts.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve hot and enjoy the crispy Parmesan crust.
Notes
For extra crispiness, place sprouts cut-side down and avoid overcrowding the pan.
