- In a bowl, mix mozzarella, parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon mounds of cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving 2 inches between each.
- Flatten slightly to form chip shapes and top with mini pepperoni slices.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, until golden and crispy around the edges.
- Cool for 5 minutes to firm up, then serve plain or with pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
For extra crispiness, let the chips cool completely before serving. You can swap pepperoni for veggies like diced peppers or mushrooms for a lighter variation.
