Ingredients
  

Roasted Cabbage
  • 1 large green cabbage
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Spicy Dip
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 2-3 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Cut cabbage into thick wedges, keeping the core intact.
  3. Mix olive oil and spices, then brush over cabbage wedges.
  4. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
  5. Mix all dip ingredients until smooth.
  6. Serve roasted cabbage warm with spicy dip.

Notes

Adjust spice level in dip to taste.
