Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 2 lbs baby potatoes halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Whipped Feta
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss potatoes with oil, garlic, and spices.
  3. Roast 35–40 minutes until crispy.
  4. Blend whipped feta ingredients until smooth.
  5. Spread feta on plate and top with potatoes.
