Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Toss tofu with soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch.
- Bake tofu 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp.
- Simmer all teriyaki sauce ingredients until thickened.
- Toss baked tofu in warm sauce and serve in bowls.
Notes
For best texture, sauce tofu just before serving.
