Method
- Set up breading station with flour, eggs, and breadcrumb mixture.
- Coat ravioli in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry ravioli in batches until golden brown, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Warm marinara sauce gently in a saucepan.
- Serve ravioli hot with marinara for dipping.
Notes
Can be baked or air fried for a lighter version.
