Ingredients
  

Toasted Ravioli
  • 20 cheese ravioli fresh or frozen
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying
Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup marinara sauce warmed

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Skillet or deep pan
  • Slotted spoon
  • Paper towels

Method
 

  1. Set up breading station with flour, eggs, and breadcrumb mixture.
  2. Coat ravioli in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Fry ravioli in batches until golden brown, about 2–3 minutes per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Warm marinara sauce gently in a saucepan.
  7. Serve ravioli hot with marinara for dipping.

Notes

Can be baked or air fried for a lighter version.
