Method
- Add chicken, vegetables, broth, milk, butter, and seasonings to the crock pot.
- Cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken, shred, and return to crock pot.
- Mix dumpling ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Drop dumplings onto hot mixture, cover, and cook 30–40 minutes.
Notes
Do not lift lid while dumplings cook for best texture.
