Method
- Whisk together cream of chicken soup, melted butter, Italian dressing mix, garlic powder, pepper, and broth until smooth.
- Place chicken breasts in crockpot and top with cream cheese cubes.
- Pour sauce over chicken, cover, and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred or slice, and stir sauce until smooth.
- Return chicken to crockpot and serve over cooked angel hair pasta. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan.
Notes
For extra flavor, use white wine instead of broth. The sauce thickens as it cools — add milk if needed before serving.
