Method
- Brown ground beef with onions and garlic in a skillet; drain fat.
- Transfer beef mixture to the slow cooker.
- Add beans, crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, broth, and all spices.
- Stir well to combine.
- Cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Adjust thickness if needed, then serve with toppings.
Notes
For extra heat, add jalapeños, chili flakes, or chipotle peppers. Chili tastes even better the next day.
