- Add chicken broth, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to the crockpot and stir.
- Add cream cheese, heavy cream, and parmesan to the slow cooker.
- Top with tortellini and spinach (plus any add-ins if desired).
- Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours or high for 1½–2 hours, until tortellini are tender.
- Stir before serving to combine melted cheese and spinach evenly.
- Serve warm with extra parmesan and fresh basil if desired.
Notes
To prevent overcooking, check the tortellini after 3 hours on low. For a thicker sauce, uncover and simmer for 10 minutes before serving.
