Method
- Lightly grease your crockpot with cooking spray.
- Place chicken breasts in a single layer.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour pizza sauce over chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours.
- Sprinkle mozzarella, pepperoni, and bell peppers on top 20 minutes before serving.
- Cover again and cook until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Use thick pizza sauce to prevent watery texture. Customize toppings as desired.
