Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups pizza sauce
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup pepperoni slices
  • 0.5 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 0.5 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Lightly grease your crockpot with cooking spray.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a single layer.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour pizza sauce over chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella, pepperoni, and bell peppers on top 20 minutes before serving.
  7. Cover again and cook until cheese is melted.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Use thick pizza sauce to prevent watery texture. Customize toppings as desired.
