Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 3 cups napa cabbage thinly sliced
  • 1 cup red cabbage thinly sliced
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 3 green onions sliced
  • 0.5 cup sliced almonds toasted
  • 0.75 cup crispy wonton strips
Dressing
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp neutral oil
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tsp garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Combine cabbage, carrots, and green onions in a large bowl.
  2. Add shredded chicken and toss gently.
  3. Whisk all dressing ingredients until smooth.
  4. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
  5. Top with almonds and wonton strips just before serving.
