Ingredients
  

Wrap Filling
  • 2 cups kale chopped
  • 1 cup chicken breast cooked and sliced
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Assembly
  • 4 large tortillas

Method
 

  1. Wash, dry, and chop kale. Massage with olive oil and salt until softened.
  2. Mix kale with Caesar dressing, lemon juice, and garlic powder.
  3. Add chicken, parmesan, and croutons. Toss gently.
  4. Warm tortillas slightly for flexibility.
  5. Fill tortillas with mixture, fold sides, and roll tightly.
  6. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Add croutons just before serving to maintain crunch. Easily customizable for vegetarian or vegan diets.
